Yunxuetang Announces $100 Million Series D Round Led by Centurium Capital

Corporate learning platform Yunxuetang (云学堂) announced $100 million Series D funding round led by Centurium Capital, with participation from existing investors YF Capital and SIG.

This brings the company’s total funding to $200 million, the most funded company in China’s corporate training field. Lu Ruize, founder of Yunxuetang, said the latest round will be used to build its content ecosystem and improve professional services.

Founded in December 2011, as a full-stack provider of corporate learning solutions in software, content and service, Yunxuetang has served thousands of large companies, including the Fortune 500, Tongrentang, Haidilao, Didi Chuxing, Luckin Coffee and NIO, along with around 30,000 small and medium-sized enterprises across over 30 industry verticals. 

It currently has nearly 1,000 staff, and has opened two headquarters in Beijing and Suzhou, with over 20 branches in major cities, such as Shenzhen and Hangzhou.

Yunxuetang generates revenue by offering paid curriculums, services and software to its clients, but SMEs have free access to its software.
